2026 外國語文學系英文朗讀比賽
一、主旨
為積極培育外國語文學系學生外語能力專長、因應國際化趨勢及提升本系學生英語口說能力為出發點，藉由英文朗讀比賽，提供學生精進英語能力之機會，藉此增進學生學習外語興趣與動機。
二、參加對象本系正修習英語會話與溝通課程之學生。
(陸生須在臺居住逾 183 天，並請出示大陸地區人民往來通行證)

四、決賽規則及進行方式
- 決賽題目：由英語朗讀比賽授課老師提供題目，題目以段落選文為主，分成大會指定題及抽籤題，各佔總分50%。
- 參賽者於報到抽籤上台順序後，於比賽前20分鐘拿到題目，在第五國際會議廳準備。未上台比賽的學生不可至比賽會場聆聽。
- 時間：每人朗讀時間為: 指定題2.0分鐘，抽籤題: 2.0分鐘。朗讀文本依序為: 1. 指定題，2. 抽籤題。
- 時間提醒：參賽者每題朗讀時間 1 分 40 秒時按鈴 1 聲提醒，2 分整按鈴 2 聲並強制結束。超過 2 分整未下台者扣 5 分。
五、評分標準

| Expression | This criterion measures the contestant's ability to convey the intended emotions and tone of the written text through their reading. It considers aspects such as volume, pitch, and inflection. | 20% |
| Comprehension | This criterion assesses the contestant's understanding and interpretation of the written text. It may include questions or prompts that test the contestant's knowledge and recall of specific details or concepts. | 10% |
| Overall Performance | This criterion considers the overall impression and impact of the contestant's reading. It takes into account factors such as stage presence, confidence, body language, and eye contact. | 10% |
※如遇總分相同者，以Fluency項目之分數較高者為優先考量，其次則以Pronunciation, Expression, Comprehension, Overall Performance等順序作為總分相同之判斷依據。
六、比賽時程

七、獎項
獲獎者頒贈獎金及獎狀一紙，主辦單位有權視參賽情況彈性調整。

- 第三名 1,500 元
- 佳作三名，每位500 元
